24 Hours
DO NOT eat or drink common staining items for at least 24 hours after whitening. This includes (but is not limited to); coffee, tea, red wine, gravy, beets, carrots, blueberries, tomato sauces, cola, etc.

White Spots On Teeth
It can be common for white spots to appear on certain areas of one or more of your teeth within the first 24 hours of whitening. This is typically caused by calcium deposits or porous teeth. The spots normally disappear after 24 hours.

White Spots On Gums
You could also see white spots on your gums due to any scrapes or cuts they may have. This can also cause some sensitivity during your whitening session. There is no cause for alarm here as they too typically go away within 24 hours.
